CNC milling

CNC milling is a metalworking process that uses a rotating tool for separating the material from the work piece during machining. This CNC process is performed on one or several axes, where the main rotary motion is always performed by the milling tool and the secondary feed motion is always performed by the work piece or the tool. Unlike drilling, milling does not move the tool along the axis of rotation.

CNC milling is the most common process in the production of custom parts.

Thanks to our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers, we can carry out CNC milling tasks in a quick and precise manner. Selection between our state-of-the-art CNC machining centers for milling is done depending on the complexity of the work piece and the required part. Top machines by the most renowned manufacturers, such as Mazak, DMG, Mikron Mill or Brother Speedio, guarantee the quality that we and our partners expect after every CNC milling operation. We use this type of machining process both in the manufacturing of metal parts and in the manufacturing of equipment.
