The main activity of Savaria Ipartechnika is precision manufacturing, including the custom manufacturing of high-quality custom-designed parts, equipment, tools and prototypes. Whether it’s CNC milling, CNC turning, wire electrical discharge machining or sinker electrical discharge machining, our highly skilled and reliable team delivers high quality work to all our partners.

Our company produces more than 8,000 parts a year, many of which are complex in geometry and often require highly sophisticated five-axis CNC machining. During precision manufacturing, it is not uncommon for our customers to demand micron tolerance, which is ensured by machines such as the Sodick ALC 400P wire electrical discharge machine, delivering a sustained accuracy of 1 micron.

Our entire machinery fleet has been assembled and is continuously developed to guarantee the high added value of Savaria Ipartechnika, whether it is the manufacturing of custom parts, equipment or prototypes for top-tier automotive suppliers. Our fleet of 35 state-of-the-art precision machines includes five 5-axis, two 4-axis and seven 3-axis machining centers, four CNC grinders, five wire electrical discharge machines, two sinker electrical discharge machines and two precision surface grinders. Thanks to constant expansion and modernization, the average age of the machines is less than 4 years.

About 85% of our volume is custom manufacturing, and we always strive to do complex work for our partners. With this in mind, our design engineers offer years of experience and state-of-the-art CAD software to custom-design the equipment, part or prototype you envision, using a wide range of machined materials.
